SMART Goals is a goal-setting framework that can help you clarify your ideas, focus your efforts, and use your time more productively to achieve your goals. By design, a SMART Goal is intended to be realistic, attainable, organized and structured. According to a study in the Journal of Management, people who set SMART Goals are more likely to achieve them than people who set non-specific goals.
