I have a Doctor of Business Administration in Healthcare Management, a Master of Social Work, and I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in clinical psychology at Fielding Graduate University. My experience includes working with individuals, couples, families, and groups. I currently offer both virtual and in-person sessions to help clients with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, grief, work and school stress, trauma-related problems, and various other challenges. Additionally, I provide premarital counseling. My work spans adolescents, adults, and seniors. My clinical practice is rooted in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and strengths-based methods. I help clients navigate difficult life experiences, develop healthier coping skills, and foster meaningful relationships in their personal and professional lives. My experience includes supporting individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, with an understanding of how identity, family dynamics, and community influence the therapeutic process. Over the years, I have obtained various certifications and training, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist (CAGCS), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), and the Gottman Method.
